Kiran has spent decades building and running global service organizations: captive and outsourced contact-center hubs, IT managed services, and background screening. He has owned P&Ls, managed vendor and client relationships at scale, led large transitions of work across countries, and used automation and analytics to take cost and effort out of operations. Trained in cost accountancy and hotel management, he approaches business through both numbers and service.
That experience taught him how much every operation depends on putting the right people in the right roles. In 2021 he founded ConsultMeIn, an executive search and talent advisory firm focused on leadership hiring and IT contracting, where he saw capable hiring teams repeatedly slowed down by tools that don't connect. CHIRE is his answer: one workflow from resume screening to background verification, with people accountable for every decision.

Srikanth is an enterprising leader with over three decades of experience across ITES/BPO, BFSI, Telecom, Customer Service, and Real Estate. At Mahindra Satyam he ran large-scale operations with full P&L ownership. He has a proven track record in service delivery, process excellence, and P&L management, leveraging Six Sigma, business transformation, and continuous improvement to drive productivity, revenue, ROI, and customer satisfaction. He excels in strategic planning, stakeholder management, workforce transitions, and building high-performance teams and scalable operational frameworks.
In later leadership roles he took on operations, administration, and governance more broadly, building organizational structures, policies, PMO frameworks, and compliance disciplines that let a business grow without losing control. At CHIRE, he brings this operational expertise and governance-driven approach to ensure disciplined execution, measurable hiring outcomes, and reliable business delivery.
